West Lane External Dining, Food Court & Entry Statement

Marketown Shopping Centre faced the challenge of being fragmented by a car park, creating a disconnect within the space. In collaboration with the centre's owners, Code Design worked to rejuvenate the neglected western side, bringing new vitality to the area.

The revitalization included a completely revamped food court, upgraded amenities, and strategic mall activation initiatives, all designed to improve flow and enhance the customer experience. An outdoor dining precinct was introduced, offering a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Local artists were enlisted to enhance the entrances, infusing the space with creativity and character, making it a more engaging and visually dynamic destination for visitors.
