Manor Lakes needed a community hub that would bring people together and foster connection. Code Design, in collaboration with concept architect Randy Galang, worked to create a mall that not only had excellent proportions but also offered high-quality amenities.

The design focused on providing a welcoming, functional space where the community could gather, shop, and engage in a variety of activities. Thoughtful planning and attention to detail ensured that the mall became a vibrant, accessible center that truly served the needs of the local residents.
